Cambodia Internationalisation Trip

ACS Barker Cambodia Internationalisation Trip (2024)

Location: Methodist School of Cambodia, Phnom Penh
Focus: Education, Youth Engagement, Cultural Exchange

Overview

As part of a school-led internationalisation trip, I helped design and conduct geography lessons for Grade 1–3 students at the Methodist School of Cambodia. Lessons covered topics like climate, natural hazards, and city development, using storytelling, drawings, and real-life examples to make complex ideas easy to understand.

I also shared aspects of Singaporean culture, encouraging cross-cultural dialogue and creating a space where students could learn about different traditions and ways of life.
